  • How do I get started on the logo design process?
    When you're ready to get started, your first step will be to place your custom print order through Inspector Outlet. Every order includes our free logo and marketing design services, as well as editing and content writing. You only have to pay for printing and shipping.   • Do I have to be a member of InterNACHI® to take advantage of your free design services?
    Our design services are a free membership benefit that’s only available to current InterNACHI® Certified Members for their inspection business marketing.
  • How long does the design process take?
    Once your custom print order is placed, you will typically see a logo design within two to five business days. Custom marketing materials will be completed after you approve your logo design. Printing and shipping take an additional seven to ten days, so please place your order at least three to four weeks before you need them to allow for the design process, printing and shipping.
  • Will I have a say in how my logo and marketing pieces look?
    Yes! We will work closely with you to make sure the logo and marketing materials are exactly what you want. Nothing will be finalized until you are happy with everything.
  • I don’t even have a name for my business yet. Can you help?
    Once you’ve narrowed down your choices, feel free to email those ideas to marketing@internachi.org and we’ll give you feedback from a design standpoint and marketing perspective.   • I have no idea what I want for my logo. Do I need to have an idea in mind before I place my order?
    After you place your order, we’ll have you fill out our online questionnaire to help us get an idea of what you’d prefer in terms of a logo design. Even if you have no clear direction before starting, our team will help guide you and come up with a design you love!
  • I’m not very good at writing or coming up with information for my brochure. Will that be a problem?
    InterNACHI’s Editor-in-Chief provides content writing and editing services as part of our free design services for Certified Members. We’ll make sure your marketing pieces look polished and sound great!
  • After you design my logo, will I receive files of it?"
    After you approve your logo, we’ll send you multiple file types for your future use, including PNG, JPEG and a vector EPS. We don’t send print-ready or design files of any marketing materials, but you can request digital files for online use.
  • I’m interested in a custom product or quantity that you don’t have available at Inspector Outlet.
    We can create just about anything you’d like, or we’ll point you in the right direction so you can find what you need. Email your questions to marketing@internachi.org and we’ll be happy to help!
  • I’m a real estate agent. Can I order custom “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” books?
    Yes, we do offer custom books for real estate agents. Email us at marketing@internachi.org for more information.
